Florence & Pisa Private Tour

It will only take you an hour to reach Florence, as you drive through countryside lush with vineyards and olive orchards. Your first stop will be an overview of the town from Piazzale Michelangelo, on the top of the hill. Along the drive your chauffeur will make sure that you are taken care of and answer all your question that you may wish to ask.

When you arrive in Florence, head first to Santa Croce Church, where Michelangelo, Galileo, Machiavelli, and Rossini are all buried. Then your driver will park in the Piazza del Duomo to survey the superb cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the second largest church in the world.
You are now in the middle of the walking area, only five minutes from the best shopping area of the town, the Piazza della Signoria, with Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Museums and Ponte Vecchio, the famous 14th century covered bridge, home of Florence's gold shops! Wander through the fashionable boutiques or sample a bit of Tuscan cuisine.

Remember that the driver is always at your total disposal to show you any place you wish - for example, the Accademia Gallery, home to the original statue of Michelangelo's David, or the huge Pitti Palace, a large, mainly Renaissance palace located on the south side of the Arno, a short distance from the Ponte Vecchio.
On return, detour to Pisa, where you will park in the middle of the famous "Field of Miracles." This square is the site of Pisa's Duomo, Baptistery, Campo Santo and, of course, the Campanile, better known as the Leaning Tower.
When you have seen Pisa we will then move back to the port of Livorno.

I am very pleased to give my highest recommendation to Rino Romono.
My husband and I and 2 friends were lucky enough to be picked up at the pier by Rino. He took us to Pompeii and then drove us back to Naples where we wanted to see the city. He found a little cafe where we enjoyed excellent local food and he translated for us so we knew what we were eating!
His car is very clean and comfortable and he is a charming (and good-looking) driver and guide. He is very flexible and polite and will give you the best service. I wish I could find him in every port that we visit!

Thank you for the most memorable 2 days in Italy! I truly appreciate the accomodations that were made for my group of 13.
Giovanni, Mario, Marco and Gilberto were amazing! They really took care of us and respected our time frame. They were very professional and fun at the same time.
They really did their best to show us as much of beautiful Amalfi Coast and Rome as we possibly could see.
